After the founding of Metro Services, Mark Heitman still maintains a work ethic of long hours and keeping a hands on approach to every project from start to finish. He personally familiarizes himself with every building plan and researches the specifications so that when his company hits the job site on the first day they are fully prepared to complete the job in a timely fashion. He has surrounded himself with highly skilled professionals that know their profession. He is a licensed Master Plumber. His extensive knowledge of complex plumbing systems, plumbing codes, and cost saving alternatives is one of his greatest assets.
